Creative DBS is a young team of website development specialist, mostly focused to American Summer Camp industry (web design, development, marketing, SEO optimisation, database management etc...), that are trying to make a camp world looking better and user friendlier. :)
Hi, my name is Mat and I’m a web developer and designer. In web business I’ve built everything from one-page portals to complete online stores and I’m always passionate about creating a good user experience. I’m also a technology enthusiast, so I enjoy learning new things. I’ve been doing web design and development work for the past 18 years, during which I’ve had a pleasure of collaborating with people and companies from all over the world.
Between 2006 and 2009 I’ve been working as a camp counselor and multimedia director at Kingsley Pines Camp in Raymond, ME (www.kingsleypines.com), where I've developed my endless love for the summer camp life, society and everything that comes with it.
I’m also proud that I was a part of the Cove Creek Productions team (www.covecreekproductions.com), as a lead web developer for 8 years (between 2005 and 2013) in which we have build over 30 camp websites.
In years 2013 and 2014 I’ve been living and working in Loveland/Fort Collins, CO for one of the biggest summer camp marketing and web development companies – Creative Navigation LLC (www.creativenavigation.com).
In 2014 we've started a big international camper/counselor friendly web project, called American Summer Camps (www.americansummercamps.com), with which we are helping international children finding a right camp for them.
This is also a year, when I've started the Creative DBS company, which is mostly focused to American Summer Camp industry (web design, development, marketing, SEO optimisation, database management etc...). Few years later, now we are a small team of three "IT freaks", making a camp world looking better and user friendlier. :)
